During her Masters, she did a summer internship from IISc, Bangalore and worked on protein structure and folding in the department of Molecular Biophysics Unit. This was a great learning experience and strengthened her desire to pursue research in this field. She has currently joined IITB-Monash Research Academy to work on the project “Structural Characterization of a Regulatory Protein useful in developing Biosensors for Water Purification System” under the guidance of Dr. Santosh Panjikar and Prof. Matthew Wilce (Monash University) and Dr. Ruchi Anand (IIT Bombay). Her hobbies include music and travelling.
