Subrahmanyam Boyapati did his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vignan’s Engineering College, Vadlamudi, Guntur (A.P). After gaining two years of teaching experience he completed his M.Tech in Integrated Electronics and Circuits from IIT Delhi. His major project was on “Device Modelling and Simulation” and he published an International journal titled Low-dimensional Systems and Nanostructures. He has 8 years of teaching experience in Engg College. He is currently doing his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Maryam Shojaei Baghini (IIT Bombay) and Dr. Jean-Michel Redoute (Monash University). His hobbies are to cricket and listen to music. Subrahmanyam Boyapati is supported by “Prime Minister’s Fellowship scheme for Doctoral Research”, a joint initiative of CII and Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), and Industry Partner Intel.
