Anirudh Tagat


Anirudh Tagat holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and completed his undergraduate education in economics and statistics from Ramnarain Ruia College, Mumbai. At the IITB-Monash Research Academy, he is working on an econometric model to estimate the demand for cash, as well as study the life of currency notes in India. Previously, Anirudh was Research Author at the Department of Economics at Monk Prayogshala, a not-for-profit academic research organization based in Mumbai, India, where he led research projects in the fields of behavioural and experimental economics. He has also consulted with the World Resources Institute (WRI) India and Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). His other research interests include cross-cultural differences in decision-making, intra-household bargaining, and experimental economics.
